These Activity Terms apply when you view, select, request, book or pay for an activity displayed on or linked from Moments. Activities are provided by independent local providers, DMCs, guides or activity partners. Activity payments are made directly to the provider — Moments does not collect them.
Activities are optional local services
Activities are optional travel experiences or local services connected to a collection, trip, retreat or destination.
Activities may include guided tours, local guides, private guides, transfers, pickup services, boat trips, workshops, tastings, outdoor experiences, cultural visits, entrance arrangements, equipment rental, meals or other destination-specific services.
Activities are provided by local Providers
Activities are provided by independent local Providers, DMCs, guides, activity partners or payment link providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Moments does not operate, deliver or control the activity unless expressly stated in writing.
Activity payments go to the Provider
Activity payments are made directly to the relevant Provider or through the Provider’s payment link.
Moments does not collect, hold or process activity payments.
If InTravel or another local partner is shown as the Provider or payment link provider, that Provider’s payment, confirmation, cancellation and refund terms apply.
Activity details
The activity detail page or provider page should explain, when available:
- who provides the activity;
- what is included;
- what is not included;
- whether a guide is included;
- whether pickup or transfer is included;
- meeting point;
- start time and expected duration;
- capacity or group size;
- required equipment or clothing;
- age, health, mobility or safety requirements;
- cancellation and refund policy;
- weather or minimum participation conditions;
- provider contact or confirmation details;
- other important notes.
Activities are separate from hotel bookings
Booking a hotel does not automatically reserve your place in any activity.
Saving a spot, viewing an activity, joining a trip lobby or booking a stay does not create an activity booking.
To participate in a paid, guided, capacity-limited or provider-confirmed activity, you must select the activity, complete any required payment and receive confirmation from the relevant Provider.
If you do not book, you cannot participate
If an activity requires booking or payment and you do not complete that booking or payment, you are not entitled to participate in the activity.
The Provider may refuse participation if your activity booking is not confirmed, if required information is missing, or if safety or operational conditions are not met.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Activity changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the relevant Provider’s policy.
Some activities may be refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable. Some may depend on weather, sea conditions, local permits, minimum group size, safety conditions or provider availability.
The Provider’s cancellation and refund rules apply to the activity, even if your hotel booking has different cancellation rules.
Safety
You are responsible for reading the activity details and deciding whether the activity is suitable for you and your travel companions.
You must follow Provider instructions, safety rules, local laws and any guide or operator instructions during the activity.
Moments is not responsible for injuries, accidents, delays, cancellations, service failures or other issues caused by the Provider or by your failure to follow activity requirements, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.
