Curator Terms
Last updated · 2026-04-27
These Curator Terms apply to individuals or entities who create, submit or publish collections, notes, spots, retreat concepts, destination content or recommendations on Moments.
Curator status
Curators are independent contributors.
Curators are not employees, legal representatives, travel agents, package tour organizers, hotel operators, activity operators or agents of Moments unless expressly agreed in writing.
Curator role
Curators provide point of view, content, taste, destination knowledge, notes, routes and recommendations.
Curators do not collect traveler payments manually unless expressly authorized in writing.
Curators do not operate hotel stays or local activities unless they are separately approved as the relevant Provider and have all required licenses, permits, insurance and legal authority.
Content accuracy
Curators must use reasonable care when submitting content.
Curators must not knowingly submit false, misleading, outdated or unsafe information.
Curators must clearly distinguish between:
- editorial recommendations;
- spots;
- bookable hotel stays;
- optional activities;
- hosted retreat inclusions;
- paid services;
- free local notes;
- services operated by third-party Providers.
No package promises
Curators must not describe any collection as a package tour, all-inclusive trip, guaranteed trip, fully included experience or bundled travel product unless approved by Moments in writing and legally supported.
Curators must not state or imply that activities, transfers, guides, meals, tickets or entrance fees are included unless this is expressly confirmed in the relevant product page.
Activities and local Providers
Curators may suggest activities that fit a collection.
Activities must be clearly described as optional unless expressly included in a specific hosted retreat or provider product.
Activities may be connected to local Providers, DMCs, guides or activity partners. The Provider remains responsible for delivering the activity.
Earnings
Curators may earn a curator share from eligible bookings linked to their collections.
The applicable curator share, eligibility rules, payment timing and reporting process are agreed separately between Moments and the Curator.
Curator share is funded by Moments or the commercial arrangement with Providers and is not added as a surprise fee to travelers.
Content rights
By submitting content to Moments, the Curator grants Moments a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, edit, adapt, reproduce and promote the content on the Platform, social media, marketing materials and related channels in connection with Moments.
The Curator confirms that they have the right to submit all text, images, videos, maps, notes and other materials they provide.
Review and removal
Moments may edit, reject, pause, remove or unpublish curator content if Moments believes it creates legal, operational, safety, accuracy, brand, consumer protection or provider risk.
Curator responsibility
Curators are responsible for their own content, statements, tax obligations, licenses, permits and legal compliance where applicable.
Curators must cooperate with Moments to correct inaccurate, outdated or risky content.
