Privacy Notice

Moments is currently operated as a pre-incorporation digital platform project under the brand name “Moments”.

Moments is in the process of establishing its operating company outside Türkiye. Once incorporated, this Privacy Notice will be updated with the full legal company name, registered address, company number and data controller details.

During this interim period, personal data submitted through the Platform is handled by the Moments founding team for the purposes of:

• operating the Platform;
• providing user accounts;
• supporting bookings through third-party providers;
• processing curator applications;
• managing trip lobbies;
• responding to support requests;
• improving the product;
• sending product communications where permitted.

Moments does not collect traveler payments for hotel stays or activities. Hotel payments are processed by our independent Hotel Booking Partner. Activity payments are processed directly by independent local providers, DMCs or their payment links.

Payment data submitted to a hotel booking partner or an activity provider is handled by that partner or provider under their own privacy terms. Moments does not store full card numbers or process payment authorizations directly.

Some categories of personal data may be shared with third parties strictly to deliver the service you requested, including:

• Our Hotel Booking Partner and its booking/payment partners — to confirm a hotel booking and process payment;
• DMCs, local providers, guides, activity partners and InTravel-style payment link providers — to facilitate optional activity bookings;
• Cloud, analytics and infrastructure providers (e.g. Firebase, Google Cloud) — to host the Platform and run product analytics;
• Email, push and messaging providers — to send transactional and account communications.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal data Moments holds about you, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@goformoments.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the service, and as required to meet legal, accounting, dispute or provider-record obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

Once the operating company is incorporated, this Privacy Notice will be re-issued with the legal entity name, registered address, company number, full data controller details, and any region-specific disclosures (such as a UK/EU representative or a DPO contact, where applicable).
