1. General Overview

By using the Moments app or website to book tours and activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Moments acts as a booking platform connecting you with verified local tour operators in Egypt.

2. Booking and Payments

  • •All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation voucher is issued.
  • •Prices are displayed in USD/EUR/Local Currency and may be subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • •Free Cancellation: Most activities can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • •Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity, or failure to appear at the designated pickup point on time, are non-refundable.
  • •Flight Tours: Tours including domestic flights (e.g., Cairo, Luxor) may have stricter, non-refundable policies which will be explicitly stated during checkout.

4. User Responsibilities

  • •Punctuality: You must be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point 15 minutes before the pickup time.
  • •Valid Documents: You are responsible for carrying a valid Passport/ID, especially for flight tours and marine trips where authorities require them.
  • •Health: By booking active tours (e.g., Scuba Diving, ATV Safari), you confirm that you are in good health and do not have conditions that prevent you from participating safely.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Moments is an intermediary. We carefully select our local operators, but the responsibility for the execution of the activity, safety, and any personal injury or loss of belongings during the tour lies solely with the local tour operator.
