1. Introduction

Welcome to Moments. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moments website and mobile application (iOS). By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Moments is operated by Moments, registered in Estonia.

2. Nature of Services: Linked Travel Arrangement (LTA)

Important: Moments acts solely as an interface and facilitator. We are not a Package Tour Operator. By booking accommodation and experiences through Moments, you are creating a "Linked Travel Arrangement" (LTA) under the definition of EU Directive 2015/2302.

• •Separate Contracts: When you book a trip, you enter into separate contracts with each individual supplier. Accommodation: Your contract is with Nuitée Travel Ltd (or the specific hotel). Experiences: Your contract is with the Local Partner identified on the booking page.
• •Liability: Moments is not liable for the performance, safety, or quality of the services provided by these independent suppliers.

3. Booking & Payments

• •Split Processing: Payment for your trip may be processed as separate transactions corresponding to each supplier.
• •Curator Fees: The total price displayed may include a service fee for the curation and platform usage. This is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• •Price Changes: Prices are dynamic and subject to change by suppliers until the booking is confirmed.

4. iOS App & Permissions

• •Location: We may request access to your location to suggest nearby experiences.
• •Notifications: We send push notifications for itinerary updates. You can manage this in settings.
• •Media: Access to your photo library is required only if you wish to upload a profile picture or share content.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information for all guests (names, passport details) as required by local authorities. You are responsible for obtaining valid visas and travel documents (e.g., for Sharm El Sheikh).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
