This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again everything was excellent. In particular, the food and beverage (F&B) service was truly outstanding. Mr. Zein manages his team exceptionally well, and his hospitality is truly commendable. His professionalism, leadership, and warm approach toward guests really impressed us. From the pastry team, Omar, Ahmad, Hassan, Hamza, Narden, and Moamen were excellent, and it was clearly visible how much effort they put into their work. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Gemal and his team at the Italian restaurant, as well as Abdul Salem, Ali Maher, Tarek, and Ahmed Mustafa at the check-in desk. We would also like to especially thank Abdulkadir from the housekeeping team. His excellent service, attention to detail, and contribution to maintaining the high cleanliness standards of both our room and the hotel were truly valuable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is also very impressive. This year, we were especially pleased with the performance of the F&B team and the high hygiene standards maintained in the kitchen and food and beverage areas. Compared to other hotels in the area, the beach section is truly outstanding and, in our opinion, one of the most enjoyable sea areas in the region. The distance to the pier is very short, and the sea is beautiful. It offers great opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and watching fish. For guests who cannot swim, there is also a very pleasant area right next to the hotel. Although this area does not belong to the hotel, it is easily accessible and provides a very enjoyable experience. The water park is not very large, but it is more than sufficient for families and quite fun. We would hope that the aqua park area could be made a bit larger. One of the main reasons we chose to return to this hotel for a second time was the outstanding performance of the lifeguard team.
