Separate services & linked travel arrangement notice

Moments helps you discover, organize and access different travel-related services around a curated trip idea.

Depending on what you choose, your trip may include a hotel stay, optional activities, local services, curator notes, spots, maps or a shared trip lobby.

These services may be provided by different independent Providers and may be subject to separate contracts, separate payment flows, separate confirmation processes and separate cancellation policies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. Moments does not sell package tours.
2. Moments does not sell all-inclusive travel products.
3. Moments does not collect traveler payments for hotel stays.
4. Hotel bookings and payments are processed by an independent Hotel Booking Partner.
5. Moments does not collect traveler payments for activities.
6. Activity payments are made directly to the relevant local Provider, DMC, guide, activity partner or payment link provider, including InTravel where applicable.
7. Stays and activities are not sold by Moments under one inclusive or total package price.
8. Activities are optional unless clearly stated otherwise.
9. Spots and curator notes are recommendations, not booked services.
10. Booking a hotel does not reserve your place in an activity.
11. Viewing an activity or joining a trip lobby does not reserve your place in that activity.
12. Participation in an activity requires a confirmed activity booking from the activity Provider.
13. Moments trip summaries, itineraries and lobbies are planning tools, not package travel vouchers.

If your combination of services qualifies as a linked travel arrangement or similar separate-services arrangement under applicable law, you may not benefit from all rights that apply to package travel. Each Provider remains responsible for the proper performance of the service it provides.

Where required, Moments will provide legally required pre-contractual information before you complete the relevant booking step.

Nothing in this notice limits any mandatory legal rights you may have.
