Five days in Sharm. This collection is based on two distinct landscapes that completely change the mood of each other: the sea and the desert. The Red Sea side is lighter, lighter, more flowing; the desert side is drier, quieter, simpler. The V Hotel provides a comfortable base for this transition, and the real feeling of the trip comes from traveling back and forth between these two worlds.
Most Sharm trips stay on one side. Either it's all at sea, or it hardly ever leaves the confines of the hotel. That's the beauty of this collection: it doesn't stand still. One day it opens up in the water, another day it turns to the desert. I think this contrast is what really reminds me of Sharm. The V Hotel becomes a base that facilitates the work; the days outside the hotel give the character.
