About this collection

A softer way to experience Bali, ocean mornings, jungle rituals, rice terraces and southern cliffs from one beautifully placed stay.

This is not a checklist of Bali. Built around one considered stay, this collection moves through the island in a softer rhythm: slow mornings, Pererenan dinners, Ubud rituals, rice terraces, Tanah Lot at golden hour and the southern cliffs of Uluwatu. You won’t see everything. That’s the point. This is Bali with more space between the plans — enough time to swim, wander, pause, and let the island change the pace.

Red Sea in Four Days

Sharm el-Sheikh has two versions. The one most people see — and the one this collection takes you to. Four days built around the Red Sea's best reef, the silence of the Sinai desert, and a city that comes alive after sunset. No decisions, no research. Just show up.

Where the Reef Meets the Desert

Five days in Sharm. This collection is based on two distinct landscapes that completely change the mood of each other: the sea and the desert. The Red Sea side is lighter, lighter, more flowing; the desert side is drier, quieter, simpler. The V Hotel provides a comfortable base for this transition, and the real feeling of the trip comes from traveling back and forth between these two worlds.

Our verdict on COMO Uma Ubud

A wellness-focused hillside hotel above the Tjampuhan Valley in Kedewatan: minimalist thatched design, a private plant-rimmed pool in every villa from Garden Pool Villa up, and a COMO Shambhala spa built around multi-day programmes rather than a single treatment. It's a shuttle ride from central Ubud, not a walk, and there's no beach — book it for the valley, the quiet and the wellness focus, not for nightlife or the coast.

  • ✓Book it if: Yoga and wellness travellers — A jungle-view yoga pavilion and multi-day Active, Sleep or Cleanse programmes.
  • ✕Know before you book: The hillside site means steps between the lobby, restaurant and villas, with no lift.
