Free Cancellation
For 90% of our standard day tours, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time receive a 100% full refund with no deductions.
Flight-Inclusive & Custom Packages
For packages that include flights (e.g. Cairo/Luxor tours) or VIP personalised packages, cancellation and refund conditions vary according to the airline and partner hotel policies. This is clearly stated on the tour detail page before you proceed.
Weather & Safety Cancellations
For any tour cancelled by us due to weather conditions or operational requirements that prevent the activity from being carried out safely, an immediate full refund or free date change is offered.
