Cancellation Policy
We know plans can change. As Moments facilitates a Linked Travel Arrangement, cancellation policies vary for each component of your trip. The specific policy for each item is displayed at checkout.
Most activities offered by our Local Partners allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are generally non-refundable.
Hotel cancellation rules are set by the provider (Nuitée). Non-refundable rates are clearly marked. If your room shows 'Free Cancellation,' you may cancel within the specified window via the App.
Moments provides affiliate links for flights but does not sell tickets directly. Any flight cancellation must be handled directly with the airline or the third-party site where the ticket was purchased.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
