The resort leans toward couples — an infinity pool with a swim-up bar and floating deck, a two-level Akoya Spa with a hot tub, in-villa dining through CasCades, and Apéritif for a sit-down meal, plus a complimentary airport limousine and a helipad. Family-friendly extras — a kids' menu and supervised activities — exist, but the design and pacing suit two people more than a group.

What an extraordinary experience. Beautiful facility, spacious room, high end amenities, extraordinary service. We were constantly surrounded by Balinese sincere kindness and attention to every need. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Many of whom have worked there since the hotel opened 20 years ago. You can't do better in my mind and I've traveled the world.
