A beach club facing the ocean on the ground level of Desa Potato Head, on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak. The facade, designed by Andra Matin, is built from thousands of reclaimed wooden shutters. Sunbeds and mattresses sit around an infinity pool and on the lawn, and DJs play every day. There is also a separate area for children.
Come for the sunset, then stay. The facade alone, built from thousands of old wooden shutters, is worth seeing. Sunbeds fill up fast in the late afternoon, so book online. There's an entry charge at sunset, but you spend it on drinks. Kaum is upstairs if you want dinner without moving.
A curator note — a personal recommendation, not a bookable product. Not automatically included in any stay or experience.
A small design hotel built around an art gallery, live music and a restaurant; there is no shared pool, and only the top suite category has its own. The beach is about six minutes on foot; light sleepers should factor in street noise and thin walls.
Prices and availability are checked live before booking.
